Victoria Harbour’s Senior Port Operations Manager awarded national employee of the year

VEHS congratulates Carol Unwin with being awarded national employee of the year. Carol has worked as a manager with Transport Canada in Victoria Harbour for the past 15 years and was interim Harbourmaster in 2015 between the time that David Feather by retired and Mariah McCooey became Harbourmaster.
